Kind Donation from The Homers

Steve Homer has very recently retired from being Site Manager at Kitwell Primary School. He’s currently enjoying a life of caravanning, singing and playing golf.

Because he retired from being caretaker, this is also meant that Steve and his wife Janice needed to move house and also sell any equipment/furniture/other odds and end which they no longer required.

Steve and Janice very kindly offered to donate the money from this sale to Libbi-Faith.

In total, they raised £350.

New Target for Libbi

That’s because, following Libbi’s first visit to America in 2020, there’s every likelihood that she could be asked back further treatment.

Because of your incredible generosity, Libbi’s 2020 visit has been paid for. It’s now time to look further into the future.

Target Met!

We’ve now exceeded our £10,000 target. Libbi’s JustGiving page now shows that we have raised £10,166.

This is absolutely FANTASTIC!!

Thank you to absolutely everyone, family and friends, who have donated and supported us…and thank you to Alaine and Simon who have tipped us over our target with their incredibly kind fund raising!

We can now book our place for Libbi’s first treatment. We are SUPER EXCITED!!

Cards for Sale

Libbi’s Nanna has been working very hard to raise money to support her granddaughter.

She has been making cards and she has also been selling them in a special card sale. Libbi’s Uncle Adam has also been helping. Take a look at the photos of the cards. They’re beautiful and look very professional.

Libbi’s Parents’ Evening – March 2019

Libbi’s parents are very proud. Libbi has had a glowing report from her latest parents’ evening.

Her school said that she is a delightful little girl who is so happy at school and is always keen to take part in her learning activities. She uses all of her aids to help with her communication and she is also really good at verbalising with them.

She is friendly with her peers and also teachers from all around the school. Her speech therapist said that she is really happy with Libbi. She said that Libbi is always happy and always tries really hard.

Libbi is AMAZING!

P.S. Her brother Joe has also had a really good parents’ evening!!
